(“TeraGo”) whose principal place of business is 55 Commerce Valley Drive West, Suite 800, Thornhill, Ontario, 元T 7V9 and each of its customers (“Customer”) as set out in a Services Order Form.In consideration of the mutual promises and covenants herein contained and other good and valuable consideration, the parties hereto agree to be bound by the terms and subject to the conditions of this Agreement.
This Master Services Agreement is made and entered into between TeraGo Networks Inc.
